Shipping
What are your delivery times?
SHIPPING POLICY
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.clonations.com, will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our California distribution center. Orders shipped within the lower 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Ground, or if specified, Second Day Air or Next Business Day Air for an additional charge.
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Clonations Customer Service will contact you via email.
We currently DO NOT process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Orders shipped via USPS may arrive on Saturday (post office discretion), but all other methods of shipment may vary.
Refused Shipments:
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Clonations, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Vans.
Shipping to P.O. BOXES OR APO Addresses
Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses will only be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). Express shipping is not available to these locations.
When will my order be shipped?
Items that are in stock and are being shipped via Ground Service (excluding Customs) will ship in 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Items that are in stock will ship the same day if the order is placed by 11 AM PST. If it is placed after 11 AM PST, it will ship the next business day. We currently DO NOT process orders over the weekend and on holidays.
All orders are pending payment verification.
Is domestic shipping FREE on orders over $100+?
*FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100+: Receive free standard/domestic shipping with a minimum purchase of $100 at Clonations.com. Offer valid online only. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive free standard shipping. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction after any applicable discounts. Not valid on purchases of gift cards or applicable taxes. No adjustments on previous purchases. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping in the 48 continental U.S. states only. Not valid on international shipments or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Offer is nontransferable and is not redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Clonations reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

How can I cancel my order?
You can Cancel your order by emailing us at service@clonations.com, if the order has not yet processed and shipped, we will do our best to cancel the order; All Sales Items are Final and cannot be canceled.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order when you receive it, you can always return the item or exchange it. See our Returns Policy for details.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact returns@clonations.com immediately or within 15 days of delivery. Don’t forget to include the following information to better assist you: order number, item description, tracking number from your original confirmation email, email address and your contact information. We will evaluate the issue and make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

How do I return my product?
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Clonations takes pride in our branding and customers by designing and delivering quality products for our customers, if you purchased an item from us or from one of our authorized sellers that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us at returns@clonations.com. We will reach out to you for either a refund, exchange, or online store credit; or denial; Returns must meet Return Policy requirements; All Sales are Final. Guarantee excludes e-gift cards and Accessories.
Please note that because we cannot control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
RETURN POLICY
ONLINE PURCHASES: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Original receipt of purchase is required, and items need to be in their original condition and original packaging, with tags and garment labels attached. All Sales are Final.
Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and non-defective. Any items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume/cologne, pet hair, stains/marks, will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt of purchase.
We will not provide a refund for any item(s) that we do not receive or that does not meet or comply with our Return Policy. All items are inspected upon return.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. This includes deductible costs; for orders that fall below the free shipping minimum requirement, for example, if part of the order is returned, total shipping cost will be withheld. Also, the total shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned.

- SHIP YOUR PACKAGE WITH YOUR CHOICE OF SHIPPER. TO INSURE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN/ EXCHANGE, PLEASE REQUEST A TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE FROM YOUR SHIPPER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITH OUTSIDE SHIPPERS.
RETURNS of CLONATIONS at OTHER RETAILERS: Clonations merchandise can be returned to the retailer where they were purchased, following the policies of that store. If your merchandise return falls beyond the store policy, we will be happy to assist you by replacing the item if it complies with Clonations return policy.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Accessories, headwear items (such as caps, beanies, bandanas, or hats), underwear, swimwear or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-returnable items, clearance or sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All approved returns made within 30 days of purchase date will be issued a refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned package, and will reflect original discounts and promotions.
Please remember it can take some time for your financial institution or credit card company to process and post the refund. We recommend you check their refund policy as well. If more than 30 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@clonations.com . We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
CREDITS to e-GIFT CARDS: If an online gift card was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Card balance.
